Resetting Your Password on TrusteeFriend.com

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in to your account, don’t worry! Follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to TrusteeFriend.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

1. Open your web browser and visit TrusteeFriend.com.
2. Click on the Log In button at the top right corner of the homepage.

Step 2: Select “Forgot Password”

1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link located below the password field.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

1. Type in the email address associated with your TrusteeFriend account.
2. Click Send Reset Link.

Step 4: Check Your Email

1. Open your email inbox and look for an email from TrusteeFriend with the subject line: “Reset Your Password.”some text
   • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
   • Still can’t find it? Return to the login page and click Resend Reset Link.

Step 5: Follow the Reset Link

1. Open the email and click the Reset Password button or link provided.
2. You will be redirected to a secure page on TrusteeFriend.com.

Step 6: Create a New Password

1. Enter your new password in the designated field. Make sure it:some text
   • Is at least 8 characters long.
   • Includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
2. Confirm your new password by typing it again in the confirmation field.
3. Click Reset Password to save your changes.

Step 7: Log In With Your New Password

1. Return to the login page.
2. Enter your email address and your newly created password.
3. Click Log In to access your account.
